How does it work?

Muscle testing is a means of communication with the body and is a could be interpreted as a language between the practitioner and the clients body.

Gentle pressure is applied to specific muscles and the responses become meaningful messages that provide deeper insight into a clients situation. The practitioner interprets these messages, guiding a diverse range of tailored techniques to address physical, chemical, emotional and environmental stresses with the ultimate goal of restoring balance and harmony.

What happens in a session with Nathan?

As a Kinesiology Practitioner, my role is to guide and support clients as they release stress and activate their healing processes.

Through a structured approach that includes a multitude of kinesiology techniques, I provide comprehensive support to clients seeking holistic well-being.

Here's a summary of a typical session:

I begin by actively listening to clients' concerns and gathering relevant information, including their medical history and any changes since the last session.

Together, we establish a specific goal for the session, which serves as a guiding focus for our work.

During the session, I facilitate pre-tests or activities to gather additional information about clients' conditions. This may involve assessing their range of movement, identifying stress-inducing postures, and recognising physical, chemical, emotional, or environmental stressors relevant to their goals.

The kinesiology balance, the core aspect of the session, is where clients take an active role. Using muscle testing, they identify stressors hindering their progress, such as physical imbalances, chemical sensitivities, emotional blockages, or environmental factors. I provide guidance and support as clients release these stressors, promoting balance and facilitating their healing processes.

Building on the insights gained from the kinesiology balance, clients and I collaboratively develop practical action steps tailored to their needs. This may include personalised nutritional recommendations, effective emotional support techniques, specific physical exercises, or other customised approaches. I empower clients to actively participate in their healing journey and guide them in implementing these steps.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the session, we re-check the pre-tests or activities, assessing the progress made.

After the balance is over we would debrief over anything that may have arisen through the session along with a recap on the major awarenesses and lessons gained.
